Department Overview

Anderson County School District Four is committed to providing the best educational experience to the students that we serve.  This commitment requires that the District provide functional, safe, and reliable technology resources to the students, faculty, and staff of ASD4. The Technology Department ensures that our network, computer, and phone resources remain secure, while maintaining a balance of ease of use.  We also evaluate the latest software and hardware options that assist faculty and staff in their jobs. 


Technology has evolved and continues to change daily.  It is our job
 to ensure that we are providing the latest and greatest technology and services for our staff and students.  

Our Technology staff continues to work hard to maintain a high level of service.  We are proud of the fact that once a problem has been reported to us, we have the issue resolved in a timely manner.  We currently maintain:

  • 50+ file servers (Physical as well as Virtual)
  • 600 workstations
  • 2000+ Chromebooks
  • 300 + IP based telephones
  • 250+ security cameras
  • Numerous software titles
